2026 VASPS Call for Abstracts

The abstract submission site is NOW OPEN for the 2026 VASPS Annual Meeting to be held at the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, VA on Saturday, November 21, 2026.

VASPS members as well as residents, fellows and medical students in a Virginia plastic surgery program are invited to submit their abstracts by Aug. 21, 2026. There will be member and resident podium presentations. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your research and contribute to the advancement of our field!

Author Qualifications

The primary authorship for all paper abstracts must be by a resident, fellow or medical student in a plastic surgery program within the state of Virginia or a member of the VASPS. Submissions from staff writers or company/industry writing pools will not be allowed.

All presenting authors and co-authors are required to disclose all relevant financial relationships or affiliations with pharmaceutical companies, biomedical device manufacturers or other corporations whose products or services are related to the subject matter of the presentation topic. Abstracts with contributors who fail to submit or update a disclosure may be disqualified. Conflict of interest disclosures may be submitted or updated via: Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form

Please use the 2026 VASPS Abstract Submission Form to submit your abstract. Please note that partial submissions cannot be saved. Please be ready to complete your submission in one sitting.

The submission deadline is 5 p.m. Central Time, Aug 21, 2026.
